Chinese Name Necklace

Ordered a necklace for my daughter which was to be made-to-order. Delivery was quoted as something like 18 days. I received the necklace literally 5 days after placing the order! From order to receipt in 5 days is exceptional in my opinion, especially as it came from abroad. Would not hesitate to give them 5*

Well it happened on my maiden order; it was misdelivered by the USPS. But customer service rep Maria responded quickly and expedited the reorder. It was touch & go for the 5days that passed her birthday as she didnt believe I had gotten her something special. But in less that 1week I received the reorder direct from manufacturer. And she loves it! It hold special meaning to her for it is the 1st gift ever to her in her chinese name in the 60+ years since she was adopted from Hong Kong. Job well done as she donned it to wear to her work where she cares for elderly residents. Thank you Maria and Onecklace!

Really nice, one-of-a-kind necklace that draws attention to the eye. I have it in my name in the gold setting and wear it all of the time!
