Paperclip Chain Old English Name Necklace

The necklace was made to represent my daughter that passed away last year. It was her nickname. The necklace turned out so beautifully! Thank you!

I ordered my necklace with the 24k plating and the double thickness. It arrived rather quickly even with Fedex messing things up. When it arrived I could tell right away that it is well made and durable. I came in a nice little box that ill be using to store my necklace in. I did have some minor imperfections with the cutting of my name as there were some cut outs between letters that were not cut out. I reached out to them and their customer service exceeded all my expectations. I was fully prepared to ship my necklace back to have the cut outs recut however they completely blew my mind by just sending me a completely new necklace free of charge. The issue was so minor to me that I didnt expect this and it really shows how much this company cares about customer satisfaction and they clearly wanted to correct the issue (no matter how minor) with no inconvenience to me what so ever. When my new one arrived it looked even better than my first one and is absolutely perfect. Thank you Oneckless for my beautiful necklace and the amazing customer service. I will most definitely recommend you to anyone who asks me about my name necklace. I look forward to also being a returning customer! :)
