Bought the necklace for a gift and she loved it. Ordering, packaging, shipping and tracking was done just how any person would want it go. The necklace is nicely made and pretty on. At first, I thought the lettering of the name seemed too big so carefully look at the sizes between the dainty and classic. But in the end , it really wasn't for her but maybe for me. She received compliments and other people said, "I want one". For the price and service, it was good.

Bought this as a gift, the recipient loves it. The item arrived in just a couple of weeks, which was unexpected. A couple of things to be aware of (nothing bad, as I still give them 5 stars, but just to be aware) : 1) pay close attention to the style of script you choose. The Carrie is a lot more modern looking (not as loopy and "fat" as traditional script necklace font) so definitely be sure you are ordering what you want. 2) the item comes in a simple paper box, so if you plan on gifting it and are ordering last-minute, be sure to get your own box (or whatever you are giving the necklace in/with) ahead of time and don't wait to last minute!
