Loved the necklace and earrings

Ordered size small, but received a medium.

Order came quickly and just as shown in picture.nice silver necklace for grandma.would recommend.nice price point.

the children are Olivier (3 years), Abigail (1 year) and Jack (15 days). I would have preferred that the name on the small disc and large disc be switched. Olivier on the large disc and Jack on the small disc. Right now it is the opposite.

The product was excellent and the transaction was fast and easy

The concept of the necklace was awesome; everyone loved it. However, on the main pendant with the cutouts, I could actually see where the machine scraped along the surface. It was pretty visible. That is a little embarrassing to give a gift that is scratched up a bit. I would work on avoiding that happening on your products in the future.

The 14k name necklace is beautiful - my gf loves it. The chain is delicate but it is a nice box pattern. My only complaint is that the $4.95 gift box is totally not worth it. It's pretty much made of thin cardboard. Was expecting something better to present this nice gift to my gf. (3.5/5 total rating)
