I've ordered three necklaces so far from One Necklace and I am very satisfied. When I ordered my name plate I asked that they do a special request. I received the necklace in less than 10 business days and my special request was fufilled! I love them and I won't order necklaces anywhere else! They are fast, and convenient and the quality of the product is way better than I originally expected. Very happy customer!!

I love my chain and very very good customer service , I needed to return the chain I received and it wasn't a problem at all . I shipped it back and got what I wanted right away . ;) x

My daughter loved her necklace...my only concern was each time I opened the box to show friends the circles had moved and the names were then upside down...perhaps a thin "holding" bar at the top of the circles where they touch wd solve the problem :-)

I won $50 giveaway on a blog and was directed to onecklace. There was an issue with the site not accepting my code for the giveaway. I communicated with the admin via several emails and they were more than helpful! It was just a simple little glitch that was unavoidable but they were so apologetic and so sweet! I got the bff broken heart necklace for my graduating senior and her bff since kindergarten. The necklace is beautiful and will be a memorable piece of the girls graduation. Thank you so much!!

I ordered the name necklace as the silver with gold plating. it is a beautiful necklace!!! It arrived exactly as on the website, as promised and the necklace is durable and very strong. Sometimes it gets caught in my crossbody strap/clothes and it can take it! Very strong and attractive material, everyone complements it! The only thumb down is the packaging, it was absolutely fine but it came wrapped in a small piece of cardboard, sorry im picky about the presentation. Nonetheless, I will be buying from Onecklace again! Thanks.

The necklace is looking very good, I love the work on it This time there were issues and I had to send several e-mails to find out about my order. The explanation was thet you "don't have my address" or my "e-mail", which is very weird because when you order an item, you have to post your address; am I right? I don't know if I want to order anymore with you, because, frankly, I toght I lost the money and the order. In the end, after sending again my address, I got the necklace. Why would you wait for me to ask about the order, when you had all the information? These are issues which should be fixed!
