I ordered the name necklace as the silver with gold plating. it is a beautiful necklace!!! It arrived exactly as on the website, as promised and the necklace is durable and very strong. Sometimes it gets caught in my crossbody strap/clothes and it can take it! Very strong and attractive material, everyone complements it! The only thumb down is the packaging, it was absolutely fine but it came wrapped in a small piece of cardboard, sorry im picky about the presentation. Nonetheless, I will be buying from Onecklace again! Thanks.

The necklace is looking very good, I love the work on it This time there were issues and I had to send several e-mails to find out about my order. The explanation was thet you \"don\'t have my address\" or my \"e-mail\", which is very weird because when you order an item, you have to post your address; am I right? I don\'t know if I want to order anymore with you, because, frankly, I toght I lost the money and the order. In the end, after sending again my address, I got the necklace. Why would you wait for me to ask about the order, when you had all the information? These are issues which should be fixed!

My local post office lost my package because it didn\'t have an apartment number on it, which they delivered it to god knows who. I then contacted Onecklace customer service and the agreed to resend my items to me. I was very thankful for that because they didn\'t hesitate to resend my items. I will definitely be buying from them again.

I found this site a while ago but was cautious about buying. Until one day I finally decided to try it out and it was WORTH the wait. The necklace arrived with in 2 weeks and the quality is good! The engraving was top quality and so was the gold. No problems. I have ordered again. You MUST buy from here perfect gifts and jewellery.

Product is nice but gift box and bag looks and feels cheap especially considering that you have to pay extra. Should really work on these as it lets the product down.
