The company contacted me asking what they could do to resolve things and they were able to increase the size of this necklace and ship it to my so quickly, that it arrived in time for Christmas. I ordered my husband a personalized bracelet. It was very beautiful, but I measured wrong because I had to use his watch to measure since the gift was a surprise. I messaged this company and they messaged me back right away they are the best! They are resolving my mistake and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate them! Great customer service! Also they messaged me back on Xmas day! I will be ordering from them again in the future! And I highly recommend them!

I was impressed on how fast a custom bracelet was made and shipped to me. It looked exactly like the signature that I submitted. My wife's nephew had passed away in 2018. We had a letter that we found that he wrote and signed with his signature. I took that signature and had a bracelet made and she absolutely loved it.

Helped my 9 year old grandson purchase this for his mum's Christmas. Really well made. Super cute idea, and as a real mummy's boy, he loves it. Took a few weeks to arrive, so I would advise to order it in advance.

This necklace (in gold) is very pretty, and the chain is delicate and shimmery, just as I was hoping it would be. Would definitely buy it again.
