The name bracelet I gifted my granddaughter was too tight. I contacted customer service via email and received a response the next day. The replacement chain arrived today in the same beautiful gift box and there was no charge for the replacement chain. I’m impressed beyond words! This company by far has one best customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a infinity name necklace, which was a beautiful as it was. I left a review saying how pretty the necklace was but I wished I ordered the upgraded option. The company reached out to me about it and they upgraded me to the other option. I was fine with the one I had but I guess they wanted me to be 100% happy. I received my new necklace and I love it! Thank you! I will definitely be ordering again for my family!
