I ordered this necklace for my wife to give to her on our 2 months of being married (we're always giving gifts to eachother), its a beautiful piece of jewelry, and she loved it!! There was a mix up of stones in the initial piece but oNecklace fixed that and sent me a brand new one with the correct stones that I ordered! I would recommend this company to many but you need to know what youre buying... Gold plating is for use on special occasions!!!

I expected to receive printed card instead of handwritten card

Item came in about 3 weeks as I am not residing in any of the 4 major countries (US, CAN, UK, AUS,) that has expedited shipping. 1 "birthstone" dropped off, probably due to not glued properly to the 24K Gold Plated Metal. Not sure if it is made of Swarovski crystals, but it feels like plastic to me. Perhaps onecklace can clarify? It is not worth sending the item back or getting a refund in my opinion, I just take dot of adhesive glue to stick it back later on. The 2 hearts measures 4cm by 2.4cm (L *H) All necklaces comes with a certificate of authenticity. It is also not worth paying extra for the Gift Box & Bag. I bought this item during the Valentine's Day period. The greeting card is handwritten and it follows exactly as the font error at the order page. (Not sure why typing "Valentine's" turned out to become "Valentine/'s"). Overall, the necklaces make good gifts for friends and relatives. Do check out my website. :)
