Loved the entire experience

I received my necklace when expected. Then, I put it on and realized the 14in chain I had chosen was too short. I wrote customer service explaining the situation. The nicely offered to replace the chain at a very reasonable price and were able to expedite shipping. I absolutely love the charm. Its beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Really fell in love with this necklace. My only regret is not getting it in sterling silver. I went with the gold option not thinking about how it will eventually tarnish since it’s not real gold...so I wish I chose the silver so it would last. I also hate making returns lol otherwise I would have exchanged it. But the necklace is gorgeous I’m so obsessed!
